Aureon ProjectorsPremium home theater projectors, engineered like instruments.
Aureon builds tri-laser 4K home cinema projectors for rooms, not showrooms. Every model is specified, calibrated, and serialized before it ships — documented performance, not a lumens number picked for a spec-sheet arms race.

Four engineering decisions most home projectors skip.
Tri-Laser Engine
Tri-Laser Engine
Most home projectors compromise color accuracy for brightness, relying on a single-chip DLP engine and a spinning color wheel. Aureon's tri-laser optical path renders red, green and blue independently, holding true skin tones and deep, accurate black levels at full brightness — a picture that doesn't wash out the moment the lights come up.
Short-Throw Array
Short-Throw Array
A 0.8:1 throw ratio means an Aureon projector fills a 120-inch screen from just a few feet away, not from across the room. That makes reference-grade projection realistic in apartments, dens and finished basements — not only dedicated theater rooms with twenty feet of throw distance to spare.
Thermal Silence
Thermal Silence
Fan noise is the detail most projector reviews skip and most owners regret. A reengineered thermal path and low-speed cooling keep Aureon models under 25 dB at full brightness — quiet enough to disappear into a scene instead of fighting it, even in a small room where the projector sits an arm's length from the seating.
Service Life
Service Life
A rated 100,000-hour laser light source works out to more than a decade of nightly two-hour movies before output measurably declines — no bulb replacements, no lamp-module inventory, no service call. The projector you calibrate on day one is the projector you are still watching ten years later.
The Collection
The current Aureon model, specified in full. The catalog is deliberately small — each model earns its place rather than filling out a price ladder.

Built for the room you actually have.
A dedicated theater is the reference case, but it is not the only one. The AZ8600's short-throw optics, 8,000-lumen output and sub-25 dB noise floor were specified so the same projector works in a media room with the blinds half open, a basement with a low ceiling, or a living room where the screen has to share a wall with a bookcase.

One projector. Every kind of room.
The same tri-laser engine, short-throw optics and 8,000-lumen output that make the AZ8600 a reference home cinema projector make it just as capable on a patio, in a games room or behind a golf impact screen.

Gaming
Split-screen at 120 inches and beyond with the lights on. Three HDMI 2.1 inputs take consoles and a gaming PC at the same time, and the 4K tri-laser image keeps HUD text pixel-sharp.

Outdoor
8,000 ANSI lumens hold a watchable picture from dusk onwards, and the 0.8:1 throw keeps the projector on the patio table instead of at the far end of the garden. Rated for covered outdoor use.

TV & Movies
Nightly viewing at up to 300 inches with accurate skin tones, 50,000:1 contrast and a 100,000-hour laser source — a decade of family movie nights without a lamp change.

Golf Simulator
The short-throw array fills a full-size impact screen from just behind the hitting bay, out of the swing path, while 25 dB operation keeps the room quiet enough to hear the strike.
Designed around the room, not the spec sheet.
Most “premium” projectors are rebadged commercial hardware with a marketing pass: a bigger lumens claim, the same single-chip engine, and a fan that sounds like a server rack. Aureon designs around three constraints that actually matter in a living room — color accuracy at real brightness, a throw ratio that fits real rooms, and a noise floor that doesn't compete with dialogue.
Every model in the collection is built, tested, and serialized against that standard before a single unit ships. That's also why every Aureon projector ships with a full specification dossier — a documented, verifiable set of measurements you can check against the unit in your hands, not a number chosen to win a spec-sheet comparison.
Ready to see it in your room?
Before you ask — the honest answers.
What's the difference between tri-laser and single-laser projection?
A single-laser engine still uses a color wheel to split white light into red, green and blue in sequence, which is where most brightness and color-accuracy loss happens. A tri-laser engine drives all three colors independently and simultaneously, holding truer color at full output, with a wider color gamut and no rainbow artifacts.
How long do Aureon laser light sources last?
Up to 100,000 hours across the current collection — roughly 11 years of continuous nightly use before brightness noticeably declines, with no lamp replacement required. The laser source is sealed and maintenance-free for the life of the projector.
Do Aureon projectors work in a bright room?
At up to 8,000 ANSI lumens, the current lineup holds a watchable, color-accurate image in daylight and partially lit rooms — full blackout is not required, though a dedicated ambient-light-rejecting screen improves contrast further in rooms with large windows.
How much space does a short-throw setup need?
A 0.8:1 throw ratio fills a 120-inch screen from roughly 2.1 metres (7 feet) back — ideal for rooms where a long-throw projector can't sit far enough from the wall. A 300-inch image, the maximum the AZ8600 supports, needs about 5.3 metres of throw distance.
What's covered by warranty and shipping?
Every unit ships fully insured with door-to-door tracking and is covered by a 3-year manufacturer warranty, with a 30-day residential audition window to return it if it doesn't suit the room. Full terms are on the Warranty and Return Policy pages.
Which Aureon model is right for my room?
The AZ8600 is the current flagship, built for dedicated and semi-dark rooms up to 300 inches. Additional models are in development for smaller rooms and brighter daytime spaces — see The Collection for what's available now.
What owners are saying.
Verified Google reviews from AZ8600 owners.
“Incredible brightness. I was honestly skeptical about the 8,000 ANSI lumens claim, but I’m projecting straight onto our living room wall with the blinds half-open in broad daylight, and the picture holds up brilliantly with zero washed-out colors. Coming from an older bulb-based projector, switching to Tri-Laser 4K feels like stepping into the future. Plus, opening the box to find a signed, serialized factory calibration certificate was a top-tier touch. Highly recommend!”
Marcus Vance — AZ8600“Finished setting up the AZ8600 in our basement home theater last weekend. The 0.8:1 throw ratio was an absolute lifesaver for our room layout—I got a massive image without having to drill mounts into the far back wall or run cables across the ceiling. Best part? It's practically whisper-quiet. There's zero fan drone competing with dialogue during quiet movie scenes. Worth every penny.”
Cody Gallagher — AZ8600“We bought the AZ8600 for family movie nights and sports weekends. We wanted something premium that would last, and this delivered on all counts. Colors pop instantly, and knowing the laser engine is rated for up to 100,000 hours means we won't ever have to deal with costly lamp replacements. The kids were completely blown away seeing animated 4K movies on a wall this big!”
