Return Policy
Live with it. Every Aureon projector comes with a 30-day residential audition: if the projector does not suit your room, return it within the audition window for a refund.

Residential audition window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to decide whether to keep the projector. To start a return, email info@aureonprojectors.com with your order number and serial number within that period. We will issue a return authorisation and arrange the collection.
Condition of returned units
The projector must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories (remote, power cable, documentation, calibration certificate) and in the condition it was received, allowing for normal audition use. Units that are damaged, modified, missing accessories, or show signs of commercial or outdoor use may be subject to a deduction or refused.
Return shipping
Returns are shipped as insured freight using the packaging supplied. We arrange the collection. For deliveries within the contiguous United States, return freight is covered by Aureon. For other destinations, the cost of insured return freight is deducted from the refund. Please keep the original packaging for the full audition window.
Refunds
Once the unit has been received and inspected (normally within 5 business days of arrival), we refund the product price to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defect. Refunds are issued within 10 business days of inspection.
Defective or damaged on arrival
If the projector arrives damaged or develops a fault within the audition window, contact info@aureonprojectors.com within 48 hours of delivery for transit damage, or as soon as the fault appears. We will repair, replace or refund at no cost to you, and cover all freight.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the unit under this policy and place a new order.
Cancellations before dispatch
Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time before dispatch. Email info@aureonprojectors.com with your order number; any payment already made is refunded in full.
Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under the consumer law of your country of residence, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and UK.
