Every Aureon projector is covered by a factory-direct 3-year warranty and ships serialized with a calibration certificate.

What is covered
Defects in materials and workmanship of the projector, including the tri-laser light source, optical engine, electronics and built-in audio, under normal residential use.
Duration
3 years from the date of delivery, covering the projector and its laser light source for the full term with no hours cap for residential use.
How to claim
Email info@aureonprojectors.com with the serial number, a description of the fault and, where possible, photos or video. We will diagnose remotely where we can, and otherwise arrange insured collection for repair or replacement.
Exclusions
Damage caused by accident, misuse, liquid ingress, power surges, unauthorised repair or modification, or use outside the published operating conditions. Cosmetic wear. Consumable accessories such as remote-control batteries.
Statutory rights
This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
