Products and specifications

Product descriptions and specifications on this site are given in good faith and reflect the current datasheet. Minor variations that do not affect performance may occur between production batches. Screen-size and throw-distance figures are guidance and depend on your room and screen.

Ordering and acceptance

Submitting an order through the checkout is an offer to purchase. No payment is taken online. We will confirm availability, the insured shipping cost for your address and the payment method by email. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm the order in writing after payment has been received.

We may decline or cancel an order at any time before that confirmation, for example if a product is unavailable, a pricing error is identified, or we cannot ship to your location. Any amount already paid will be refunded in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping, sales tax, import duties and any other taxes, which are quoted or applied separately according to the destination. Payment is made by bank (wire) transfer or through a secure card payment link that we send to you after the order is received. Orders are dispatched once payment has cleared.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If the correct price is higher than the price shown, we will contact you before proceeding.

Shipping and risk

Orders ship as insured, tracked freight. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery; title passes when payment is received in full. Please inspect the packaging on delivery and report any visible damage to the carrier and to us within 48 hours.

Returns and cancellations

Returns are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Orders may be cancelled free of charge at any time before dispatch by emailing info@aureonprojectors.com.

Warranty

Every projector is covered by the factory-direct warranty described on the Warranty page. That warranty is in addition to any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, diagrams, logos and the Aureon name, is owned by or licensed to Aureon and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Website use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to submit false orders. We may suspend access to the site at any time for maintenance or security reasons.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
