Information we collect

Order and contact details you provide: full name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, order notes, and the contents of any message you send through the contact form.

Technical information collected automatically when you browse: IP address, browser type, device and screen size, pages viewed and the time of your visit. This is collected through standard server logs and, if enabled, analytics tools (see “Cookies and analytics”).

Your shopping bag is stored in your own browser (local storage) and is not transmitted to us until you place an order.

How we use it

To process and fulfil your order, including contacting you to arrange payment, confirm delivery details and coordinate insured freight.

To respond to enquiries, warranty claims and return requests.

To maintain records required by tax, accounting and consumer-protection law.

To understand how the site is used and improve it. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Legal basis

We process order data because it is necessary to perform the contract you enter into with us. We process enquiry data on the basis of your request. Analytics, where enabled, is processed on the basis of your consent or our legitimate interest in operating the site, as applicable under the law of your location.

Who we share it with

Freight and logistics partners, to deliver your order. Payment providers, once a payment method is agreed with you. Email and hosting providers that operate our systems on our behalf. Professional advisers and authorities where the law requires it. Each of these receives only the information needed for their task.

International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you order from outside the U.S., your information is transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on standard contractual safeguards for such transfers.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the order and to satisfy warranty, tax and accounting obligations (typically seven years). Contact-form messages are kept for up to two years after the enquiry is resolved. Server logs are rotated within 90 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. EU/EEA and UK residents also have the right to lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. California residents have the rights described in the CCPA, including the right to know and to delete. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA.

Cookies and analytics

The site itself sets only the technical storage needed to keep your shopping bag in your browser. We may use Google Analytics to measure site usage and Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. Where the law of your location requires it, these tools are loaded only after you give consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time through your browser settings or by clearing site data. We do not use cookies for cross-site behavioural advertising.

Security

All traffic to the site is encrypted (HTTPS). Order records are stored on access-controlled servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be announced on this page.
