Every Aureon projector ships as insured, white-glove freight, tracked door to door and packed to survive the trip that matters most.

Insured dispatch
Each unit is serialized, calibrated and packed in heavy-duty double-wall packaging before dispatch. Shipments are fully insured for their replacement value and require a signature on delivery.
Shipping cost and destinations
Shipping is quoted separately for each order based on destination and confirmed with you before payment. We ship within the United States and to most countries in the EU, UK and internationally using insured freight carriers such as FedEx and DHL. Import duties and taxes for destinations outside the U.S. are the responsibility of the recipient unless agreed otherwise.
Delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment being confirmed. Typical delivery is 5–7 business days within the contiguous United States and 10–15 business days internationally. Tracking details are emailed on dispatch, and the carrier will contact you to schedule the delivery appointment.
Damaged in transit
Inspect the packaging on delivery. If there is visible damage, note it with the carrier and email info@aureonprojectors.com with photos within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost.
